He serves as Co-Founder, President of the Board, and CFO of MHARE SA, where he continues to oversee the company’s strategic and financial direction.​

He is also Co-Founder of Valuart Sagl, a Swiss startup pioneering the fusion of art and blockchain through the creation and commercialization of NFTs derived from original artworks, bridging the gap between traditional artists, collectors, and the digital era.

Earlier in his career, Michele spent several years as Finance and Controlling Manager at a leading Swiss company, where he developed his hallmark attributes of reliability, precision,and strategic discipline; qualities that now define Red Rock’s governance model.​

After an accomplished corporate career, he decided to “retire” at 50 to fully dedicate himself to innovation, investment, and decentralized technologies.

His intellectual curiosity, however, extends far beyond finance. A lifelong student of esoteric sciences, Michele has devoted years to exploring the intersection between spirituality and business. As an executive coach and member of the Swiss association Spirit in Business, he collaborated with Judi Neal of Spirit at Work to promote a holistic approach to leadership and organizational purpose.​

He has studied with Nassim Haramein, delving into the unity between science and consciousness, and trained in Feng Shui to integrate harmony and energy flow into orporate and personal environments.​

A devoted student of Maestro Natale Musella, Michele has also deepened his understanding of Dzogchen, cultivating an inner balance that mirrors his professional ethos.

A true early mover in the crypto space, Michele was among the first investors in Ethereum during its pre-sale, long before the word “DeFi” existed.​

He also created TICINOCOIN, one of the earliest blockchain initiatives born in Switzerland, and installed the first Bitcoin ATM in the Canton of Ticino, in Lugano; now recognized as the European capital of Bitcoin.​

A crypto enthusiast since 2014, he continues to blend financial discipline with a pioneering spirit.

Beyond digital assets, Michele is a real-estate and decentralized finance investor, known for identifying patterns that others overlook.​

He is also Director at SIAA Group, a Saudi Crown Holdings company, further expanding his

influence across international finance and strategic innovation.​His investment philosophy is rooted in one idea: that transparency, integrity, and utility are the real currencies of the future.
